Organizational culture often reflects the norms and values of dominant culture. Policies, expectations and organizational structures maintain the status quo. These elements create invisible barriers to inclusion and belonging for minority groups.


By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the impact associated with a non-inclusive culture
  • Understand the dynamics and progression of conflict as it intersects with power
